7:00am - Report to E-01, Chick fil a breakfast
8:00 - Depart for Charlotte
11:30 - Stop for lunch
1:00 - Check in to the hotel
5:00 - Load buses for Pep Rally (Full Uniform)
5:15 - Depart for Pep Rally
5:30 - Unload, warm up
6:15 - Set for Pep Rally
6:30 - UGA Pep Rally begins (set up on Baseball field infield dirt only)
7:00 - Leave field
7:10 - Fireworks!
7:20 - Load buses (50 Derbies keep instruments under buses for the next gig @ Epicenter)
7:30 - Depart for hotel
7:45 - Arrive back at hotel, Free evening for everyone (except 50 Derbies)
8:00 - 50 Derbies meet in Lobby
8:15 - Begin walking to EpiCenter for Pep Rally
9:00 - Perform
9:30 - Derbies Pep Rally done
11:00 - Courtesy Quiet for other hotel guests
Tuesday December 30th
7:30 - Wake up, Breakfast on your own
8:30 - Load Buses for rehearsal
9:00 - Depart for rehearsal
9:30 - Arrive, unload, set up
10:00 - Rehearsal
12:00 - Clean facility, depart
12:30 - Lunch on your own
2:45 - Load buses for Game
3:15 - Depart for stadium
3:45 - Arrive, park, Lunch Provided
4:30 - Line up to march into stadium
5:00 - Get seated, relax
6:00 - Move down for Pregame, we perform 1st, facing SOUTH
6:30 - Kickoff, Go Dawgs!
8:00 - Halftime, We perform 2nd, EWF Show facing South
10:00 - Game Over, Post game show
10:30 - Depart, load buses
11:00 - Pizza snack at the Hotel (1 Large Pizza per room) Dinner on your own
11:00 - Courtesy Quiet for other hotel guests
Wednesday December 31st
7:30am - Breakfast on own
8:30 - Load buses/Room checks
9:00 - Depart Charlotte
12:30 - Arrive Athens E-01

Inching closer to Charlotte. $102 per diem. We've heard there's some good Brazilian steakhouses nearby. Our hotel also has a pool on the roof.

Hope y'all have a blast TB. Gotta be a little bitter sweet being your last. One great thing is you can always march in the alumni band at homecoming to see your old buddies & relive the college years....

Damn straight it's bittersweet. Some of us were jokingly considering ordering some stripers to the hotel. We'd get kicked out but we'd leave a legacy. Definitely going to enjoy this one. My girlfriend still has a few more years to go so I won't be out of the loop that quick.
