Miles has dismissed 16 players in 3 years for conduct
He also dismissed a Hesiman finalist and also didn't play and booted out best CB from 2013. He would certainly dismiss a kid with Kelly's history after threatening to shoot up a bar with an AK47

the TV was a way to show Jeremy that everyone welcomed him back. Miles has never sent another player to a TV.
He just kicks them off for the most part. Hopefully Rashard starts going back to class and earns his way back on the team. He's an NFL caliber DB.
