Are any recruits likely to decommit with Collins gone?

Guys like Collins form good relationships with recruits and can be the main reason we get a commitment. Now that he is gone, are there any high level recruits we have that y'all are worried about that he may have recruited closely who would follow him to UF or go elsewhere?

Our luck it'll end up costing us a top 25 class

No, and I'm guessing he was put on very few big recruits because Mullen saw this coming. Literally only involved with a handful of Alabama kids and all of them are closer with their position coaches.

He learned his lesson from the Manny Diaz/CJ Johnson love affair.

Yeah, we mix and match alot more on recruiting now. We had guys recruiting on an island so to speak when Hud/Diaz were here and learned the lesson when that burned us. Now, we have at least 2 guys(primary by area, secondary by position coach) on every single player...

I think Collins was probably tightest with Keith Mixon from the AL guys but I still think (or at least hope) Mixon is solid. Also, not sure what effect it potentially has with Leo Lewis although OM lost their LB coach as well.

All the kids he recruited already tweeted out their good lucks to him and that they were solid with State.

It's not expected, but you never know.

Collins was the lead recruiter for the Alabama guys, but their positions coaches were the secondary recruiter. Just about all of them have said that they hate to see him go but they are solid.
