What are you asking for this holiday season?

This is a shameless act of desperation. I have no clue what I want and need ideas.

I never ask for anything. Being an older guy, almost everything I want that I haven't bought already is too expensive to ask someone else to buy.

I struggle with it every year. I may ask for a new toothbrush. I've used one of these and it's a mouthgasm.

That and ammunition are both practical items that I will use. I usually buy shite when I want it so I'm hard to shop for.

I am generally in the same boat. Typically it is a new book from one of my favorite authors, a CD or two (yes, even with iTunes and Spotify sometimes I like actual dang CDs) or a movie or two on BluRay.

I really don't feel like I need anything else.

There's plenty of tools and other things I can rattle off in a second if I'm asked. I hate getting shite I don't want and if asked, I'll give you the opportunity to avoid it.

So glad I got this. A lifesaver on road trips. I just turn off the data to spotify and play my music offline

I live in what may be the lone Texas county with no oil.

Seriously, its a peer and beam house built in the 1940s. Crap happens.

I haven't asked for anything for Christmas since I got my ps2 in the 6th grade (13 years ago). That's a true story.

Eta: I would love a vinyl player with some of my favorite classic albums though just so I could feel a little pretentious.

As I get older, Christmas becomes more and more about family. I enjoy giving out presents and getting an excited reaction more than receiving them.
