Ohio State is not good. Alabama should beat them. If Alabama does not beat them, It isn't because Ohio St is good, It's because Alabama is overrated.

To be clear, I'm not saying I think Alabama is overrated. I'd just like to brick up that back door you used last year.

Why aren't you out looking for legitimate nonconference opponents for next year?

Absolutely.
Brick that door up.

I'll go one further and say that Wisconsin threw their game in the B1G championship. The Bama OSU game won't be closer than 20 points.

Excellent post. Will burn into a wood sign, stain and lacquer, hang in hunting cabin and read every hunt.

What makes you say Ohio State is not a good football team? Because they aren't from the SEC?

Or because they're really not a good team?

This is for a National title shot...not for hanging out in N.O. like Sugar Bowls can be

I expect Bama to come to play like they did when they win national titles. OSU better bring their Wisconsin game intensity to win

Edit: to have a good shot to win

How's it feel to be shut out of the inaugural playoffs because you lost to a team that Bama beat?

They lost at home to Virginia Tech
They went overtime with Penn State
They were losing in the 3rd quarter to INDIfrickINGANA

In week two, Ohio St and Michigan St, the recognized powers in the big10 both lost. In week 3, a further 4 big10 teams lost to nonconference power 5 opponents. purdue also lost to notre dame and Indiana lost to bowling green.

The overall big 10 record this year against power conference opponents(and Notre Dame)in the nonconference schedule this year is 6-11

The 6 defeated teams are:

Pittsburgh (Iowa)
Notre Dame (Northwestern)
Miami (Nebraska)
Missouri (Indiana)
Washington St (Rutgers)
Syracuse (Maryland)

The evidence that anyone in the big 10 measures favorably with the rest of the country does not exist.

Was our "back door" last year the understanding that we were in a consolation game? If so then I'm sorry you don't know what it feels like to win constantly so much that it takes incentive to care about what your efforts go to. You wouldn't understand though so thanks for your concern in our team. Your team needs time tending to for several reasons.

That's 6 different Alabama posters who have not accepted the OP challenge. All I'm asking you to do is promise to accept the deserved shame losing to tOSU in this spot should warrant.

Unless you are actually afraid it will happen, what is the reason for your hesitation?

Ohhhh I get it. You want Ohio State to get blown up so that it looks like Baylor deserved to be there and you can talk about it next year. And if Ohio State wins, you want to insinuate they are still overrated to make Baylor relevant. Damn this is a backdoor melt and I feel stupid for not realizing what was happening at first.
