not really.
We've played in the outback and citrus too many damn times under richt. It'll be nice to play in a new city against a non-big 10 team.
And honestly, after the major bowls who really gives a frick if you're in the outback or belk? We have a better record than auburn and beat them by 4 touchdowns so I'm not worried about anything an aubie has to say about bowls.

Spin it anyway you want but getting sent to Charlotte, North Carolina in the middle of winter isn't much of a reward. I would rather go to Florida a million times

Belk wouldn't be bad with a better opponent. Good stadium, good enough town.
The three FL games are incredibly overrated unless you want to go to Disney or a shitty beach.

Yup - Charlotte is fun as hell. The downtown is really nice. Tons of bars and a lot of fine arse girls there too.

As I've said elsewhere, I would gouge my eyes out if we ended up in Florida against Minny or Wisconsin. I'm stoked about this bid.

Yeah, we've played on new years day in florida 6 times in the last 11 seasons. IDGAF if we played in the music city, alamo, birmingham, belk, whatever...anything other than a big 10 opponent in florida is A-Ok to UGA fans I can assure you.
And like I said, after the major bowls it's all just fodder anyway. Are you really gonna take more pride in an outback bowl win over a belk bowl win?
Either way we beat the dogshit out of auburn so once again not sure what you're getting at

If you are happy with it, good for you. Most people would rather go to a warmer weather climate during this time of year. Charlotte will probably one of the colder bowl games
