just watched the postgame presser with saban after the SECCG

if anybody here thinks Richt could put together thoughts the way saban can is a silly fool. Saban talked about the players developing as a team and as people, etc. Lots of good stuff that Mark Richt pretends to do, of course without championships.
I'm embarrassed for any Richt supporters now.

Yeah! We should fire Richt and go get us a Saban since there are so many out there!

I absolutely agree that Saban is the best HC in college football but I have serious doubts that UGA could hire a better coach than CMR and I'm pretty sure our admins agree. It is what it is. UGA is simply not all in for winning a football NC.

So let me get this straight, since Richt is not the best coach in the nation, we should not support him? Do you apply this phenomenal logic to your team as well?

Being the best coach in the nation has nothing to do with supporting him or not. It's a simple matter of some ppl being tired of the brand of football that they get from Richt.

Richt doesn't have to be the best coach in the country for me....all he has to do is be the best coach he can be every week. If we didn't have games every year like UF and Auburn this year Richt would be at least in the top 5 coaches in the country. Playing games like UfF this year and the looking as good as we did against Auburn is the problem. If we were as bad as we looked against Florida winning 9 games would be remarkable.
