First SEC Championship game was on this date in 1992

Alabama 28, Florida 21. Remember,this was 4 seasons before 'overtime' in college football, so there was a provision for the championship in the event of a tie,which it looked like it was headed to until Langham did his thing. Man,it was cold that day!

Poorly worded on my part. I should have included there was an "overtime" provision. There would not have been a tie.

They showed a good program on SEC network about that game. I had never watched it before, it was really good.
Although the Florida QB could still clearly feel the sting of the loss.

I was there!
My then boyfriend (now husband) went together. It was our junior year.
IT WAS FLIPPING FREEZING!!!! And wet and rainy.
Our seats were on the second row of the endzone. Antonio Langham ran right at me. It was awesome.
