Do any of you have season ticket holders around you that always sell their seats every season, leading to random folks sitting in the seats every game?

Well, we have a group of these behind us. Have for years. So this past weekend the guy behind us was there with his buddy and their 2 kids. Clearly thought he was a knowledgable football guy and was going to teach his kid all about football and Alabama. Here are the doozies I heard throughout the game.

- Bray picks up punt after fair catching it, "Hey Tommy, watch, they are going to call a block in the back here. 10 yard penalty. Tough to see if you haven't watched a lot of games but I've seen it before". Officials call delay of game. "Wow, they got that one wrong. You can't have a delay of game on a punt. That's just not right"

- After Auburn extended the lead in the 3rd quarter "Tommy, gotta always have faith. Besides, this game isn't the important one. Next week is important. We can lose this game and still go to Atlanta. This game really doesn't matter" (very close to turning around and shoving ice cubes in his eyes at this point)

- When Ryan Anderson got hurt the dad said "Oh no, that will be a big loss" and the kid asked "Who was it who got hurt dad?" and the dad said "One of our good players on defense, one of the really good ones" and the kid said
"Which one?" and dad said "Uhhh one the good ones, they are all good, but we have other good ones to come in too" after telling his son all about how great our defensive line was and repeating as many clichés as possible.

- After Sims slips and falls on the 2 point conversion attempt and appears to twist his ankle "I would just take him out and rest him for next week since this game doesn't matter. We need him fresh for next week. I can't believe we have left him in this long"

- After we go up 19 "Tommy I'm just glad we got to bring you and you could experience this. This is the biggest game in college football."

In that light, please relay your own morons around you at games stories.

Guy behind me for our Auburn game was getting livid that our fans weren't making a lot of noise when we were on offense and Bo was under center.

A guy that sits behind my seats growing was the least satisfied human being ever. Probably would expect us to beat the Denver Broncos by two scores

The guy the weekend before for the State game screamed at Kiffin to RUN THE DAMN FOOTBALL, and then when we ran on the goal line on our last drive he yelled STOP BEING SO DAMNED CONSERVATIVE LANE. The next play Yeldon ran in from 6 yards out.

I don't recall Auburn taking the lead in the 3rd quarter.

The row behind mine at JHS were "ebay" seats for at least 8 years. Never the same people, usually drunk and absolutely stupid.

It's the worst. I mean, I hate to sound like an a-hole, become sometimes really nice folks end up sitting there. But for whatever reason it generally ends up being drunk idiots who love to scream and yell.

Florida Atlantic game this year the guys behind us yelled for Coker the entire first half.

My brother-in-law has 4 season tickets every year, which is how I was able to go this year. He sold me all 4 at face value. He hardly goes, but he doesn't put anyone in the seats that will bring him shame.

If he's talking to his kid, it sounds fine. Most of that seemed like making sure his kid wasn't upset if Bama lost. I'd do the same with my kid. At the age where kids need football explained to them, they take the immediate problems very personally.

Nah this kid was like 11 or 12. He wasn't a 4 year old. And it was "all these people are too uptight" type stuff, not "its ok little guy" type stuff.

I have a 3 year old girl and I was more blunt in explaining the FAU game to her than he was that game. Maybe I'm just a dick.

This one is pretty random...so, one year after Auburn beat Alabama in the Iron Bowl and Alabama fan killed another Alabama fan because she wasn't upset enough over the loss.

Haha such a random story, figured I'd share.

Was at a house in Birmingham, not in the stadium
