Definitely take a 12 year old to the chapel bell....he will have a blast. I have picture of my niece about 10 feet in the air ringing the bell.....one of both of our favorite memories.....

Also for a 12 year old boy....make certain you spend some time around Milledge and Baxter....the young ladies around this area on game day will do more to keep a young man focused an attending UGA than all of the pleas to his sense of achievement and future security will ever do. If I were a high school guidance counselor this would be my go to suggestion for boys your kids age to ensure college was in their future.....
