Currently, or just ever?

If ever, I would say Vandy and UK. State and USC would be my 3rd and 4th guesses.

I was a child and it felt like 20. Born in 88 so the earliest seasons I remember were like 93/94

I don't have a clue but my guess would be SMU and Kansas.

Do you mean in the past or an ongoing streak?

Missouri had a 13 year losing streak from 1984-1996.

A. Neither are in the SEC

B. Kansas was a top 5 Orange Bowl winning team like 7 years ago
