I have been following UGA football for a lot of years (1972) and I don't know that I have ever seen us whipped more soundly than we were today....and by a very bad football team at that. Can anyone remember us getting as bad a beat as we did today? I also don't know if I have ever seen a UGA team play any worse....we have been less talented but I don't know if we have ever played so poorly....

I disagree...those teams...the Bama team and the USCe team from that year were good teams with good players and good coaches....this was a very fricking terrible UF team with a coach who prob got drunk before the game. This was def the most embarrassed Ive been in my time as a fan.

Well Spurrier kicked our asses pretty bad in the 90's. Half a hundred game and then I think it was 41-10 the next year after that in '96. Urban pushed our shite in '08.

The thing about that is that it brought to light the fact that we are a one-dimensional team. Either we didn't get on the bus, thought that we had it in hand and that it would be a cakewalk, or whatever, but we got exposed. Big time. Until we can get a legit passing game, this is what it is.

Funny how those mentioned that HM should have started ahead of Murray.

2008/9 Florida were worse but this may be the worst we have looked when being heavily favored. All the other times we knew it was coming or at least seemed like an even matchup(Bama blackout, 2012 USCe)

We have had some arse whipings by superior teams like 2008 Bama/UF and 2012 USCe. Then you have second half bed shittings like GT in 2008 or UK in 2009. Then you have some LOL HOLY shite losses like yesterday, all of 2010, and so on.

Idk, yesterday sucked but Richt has a lions share of frick ups to choose from.

Do yall see a pattern here? notice that all the years you are talking about are in the CMR era? This all coming from those that saw and or heard them play as far back as the 70's. CMR shits the bed at least TWICE every year.
Its passed time for him to be gone

To be fair to Richt, Goff would have a category of losses all his own....

I go back to the 60's and with only a couple of exceptions this is the worst I can remember. There were a couple during the Ray Goof era but as I recall the talent, comparatively speaking was not as superior as the Dawgs this year. The thing that stands out with the Richt losses is that they usually come at the hands of an inferior team but most often at the hands of the teams we Dawg fans want to win the most i.e. SCe and the Gayturds
