You can book it that if 2 sec teams make it they will be seeded either 1&4 or 2&3. No way they let a all sec final happen. 1 positive is the semi would be in Nola, bring your flack jackets.

I think they'll be pretty fair and not be worried about who's playing who. #1 and #4 is likely if MSU ends up unbeaten though. A 2nd SEC team wouldn't be above FSU or 1-loss Oregon so they'd be #4 at best.

How could they move auburn to #4 if we win out with three too 10 road games?

They probably couldn't, but I did say "likely" and I don't think that's likely.

Fair enough though

They could drop State to 2. I think we end the year with no undefeated teams so when it comes to seeding they will have a lot of leeway to get the matchups they want.

The only fair way to do it would be to rank the teams and let the pairings fall where they may...oh, wait...

Do those repel criticism? If so, I'll take two.

Although I'll also say that I think once they're crowned, right or wrong (it's wrong), that some people will put a big emphasis on conference champs. That would be the scenario where Oregon jumps to #3. Although I can't imagine them jumping Auburn if Auburn wins out with those road games and is the 2nd SEC team.
