I hunted ducks for years: never shot more than a limit and ate 'em all. I have no problem with responsible hunting but there are bag limits for a reason and those clowns need to pay a few thousand dollars in fines!
But gee, who gives a damn about responsible, ethical citizenship today?...

it will limit wholesale, situational substitutions on both sides, so the extent of effects will depend on how well drilled the players are.
it will also put more pressure on the QBs and defensive captains because there will be less time for consultation with coaches. So, Daniels better be ready. ...
