"And lol @ the Auburn fan claiming no cares. How quickly y'all forget how tight your a-holes were clinched till the last play of the game not even a week ago bc you came close to losing to the worst team we have fielded in close to a decade."

Glad you got a laugh girl and I do appreciate how tight you Carolina girls can clinch, but after all the losses by UT and USCe, no ones else cares much. Yes I am glad we got the win last week, but this week -- all that matters is OM. But again, based on past experience, I am enamored by the clinch potential of Carolina girls. Shaggin and clinchin... yeah!

Obviously.

After a quick search through your post history (just the most recent page) I noticed you haven't posted about OM once but are in here 'not caring about this game'.

I'll just parrot pretty much everybody else and say I expect a close game that could go either way. I do think UT wins this game. I expect a very entertaining game.

Didn't realize it was a different poster that said nobody else cares.

Than why are you spending so much time talking about our game?

Yet here you are, in a clearly titled thread that has nothing to do with Auburn

As another Vol poster said, he is definitely the wild-card. Our crowd should be rowdy and loud as ever as we know we're fighting for a respectable season. Will Dobbs be able to perform well enough to keep his team in it when our offense could be able to score at will? If y'all could get an early lead and take the crowd of it y'all should have a pretty good chance of winning.

If there's a defining feature of this Tennessee team it's that they don't quit. Dobbs lead us from 27-0 deficit to a 34-20 finish - still a loss but not one due to giving up. We actually outscored Bama in the last 3 quarters but we couldn't overcome the 20 points given up in the first. I don't think we'd have won either way (we were too overmatched), but the defense responded to the offense finally working and stepped up their game in response and I think the defense will be fired up for this game against Carolina.

I'm just very optimistic about our offense, especially after the Auburn game. Davis has been running very well the last few weeks and Pharoh Cooper has fully broken out. He will be everywhere on the field just as he was last week playing receiver, in the wildcat, and on trick plays. We are deadly in the redzone.

You have a good offense. I do think our secondary is better than you might think. I feel we can keep Pharoah in check - not completely but enough. The secondary has been solid all year but had a poor game against Amari so they'll be playing with a chip on the shoulder. The Defense feels they let the offense down last game and Curt and AJ are taking that very personally - telling their teammates on defense that they let the team down.

Spurrier wants to beat Tennessee. And when he REALLY wants to beat someone, he usually does very well (UGA and Auburn this year).

Yeah, I don't doubt that. We're kinda in the same boat but for us a lot more is on the line, I think. You can afford to lose this one but for us we've got to grab it or we have zero margin for error the rest of our games. That could either work for us (motivation) or against us (too much pressure for the youngest team in football - now even younger with our senior QB out).

i hope i'm wrong but i believe ut wins. we will probably give up 200 yards rushing in the first half, and thompson will get pressured in to a lot of mistakes. pharoh cooper will have another huge game, and just to piss off a few fan bases he is the best wide receiver in the sec.
