It's almost like whoever wins the East will have it handed to them.

The East is a mess. It was up to us to legitimize it and we failed.

Everyone failed. I, for one, welcome our new Wildcat overlords.

So, since LSU beat UF ...

If we win the rest of our SEC games ...

... and Florida beats UGA ...

... and UGA also loses to Auburn ...

... and Mizzou loses to UF, A&M, and either UT, Arkansas or Kentucky ...

... and Kentucky loses to LSU, Miss St, UGA, or even Tennessee.

Then we would win the East at 5-3 and still get to go to Atlanta to get our asses handed to us by the West champion.

We would hold the tie breaker over UF and UGA.

Kentucky and Mizzou would each have four losses.

Tennessee still has Bama and Ole Miss, plus a loss to us if we were to win-out.

It's actually not that far-fetched if you stop and think about it.

But we gotta beat Auburn and get it started.

I won't hold my breath

Just win out and take what's given to us. Auburn is gonna be tough though, especially with a loss and a bye week.

Yeah, me neither, I was being facetious. My Son hit me with that this morning on the way home from church.

Honestly, I didn't realize how screwy the East could end this year until I realized just how possible it might be for something crazy like that to happen.

Auburn is a wounded animal - never was scared of them ... still not. But they are going to be very very tough to beat at their place unless we've improved and are ready to play-up-to our preseason potential.

They essentially run the wildcat every play.

If Kentucky could march up and down the field in the wildcat (and Vandy last year) then I fully expect Auburn to push our shite in
