Well, you could say that about either poll but this one has a helluva lot more validity than the coaches poll.

Can't really complain, our performance vs Vandy was about as expected as a bye week. I'm just glad we didn't fall.

Arizona is undefeated. They did struggle @ UTSA, win on a Hail Mary, and then beat a cream puff but you gotta credit their win vs Oregon. That said with that freshman QB I see them losing and making this irrelevant.
As for Oregon? No. Not at all. They're a more complete team and have a better win vs MSU than we have vs Clemson.

Their OL is so bad. Unbelievably bad. UT bad. They'll likely lose again but that team is still dangerous enough.

Yeah FSU is benefiting from last year with their ranking. Auburn looks legit, but the West is so strong that I think they'll lose at least one over there, and I think we'll get them at home. Baylor will Baylor a game. ND is gonna drop at least one you would think.

Agree...nobody is that far ahead of anybody else. It is going to be about matchups and staying healthy.
We have a lot in out favor if we show to be worthy. Having our toughest game left at home, catching ARK after Bama, Florida after rest, etc.
Every team sans one left on our schedule can beat us. We can also beat any team left on our schedule.

I think UL and ND are gonna help us with FSU too. And ND has too many holes to stay undefeated
But they still look pretty good. Especially on defense. Golson is also real solid. They just need their skill guys to step up.

Good pick. I like Lambert and the UVA defense. They could do it. And Baylor will eventually lose. Probably to OU. Baylor is a paper tiger.
