1st time I actually like one of your threads and will participate respectfully . Mason's a puss

Both of those guys had 4 plays in between them, all by Mitchell. What is the point you are trying to make?

It's obvious that you know that they obviously think Mason blows.... Our QB situation is dismal right now...IMO

Mason looked a little better today but not much. It was Vandy and I still wasn't impressed.

They didn't even play and Brice Ramsey looks like shite too. I guess at least Brice misses his passes so badly that the DBs can't even get to them

Ramsey needs more practice. He's trying to gun it every time and overthrows. That will get better with experience. I was just glad Bobo put him in so early to give him a shot.

Richt said JSW was cleared to play and he isn't sure why he didn't

He is so missed. Hopefully all the experts see why he wasn't benched for Mason.

You'd think our HC would be sure but maybe that's just me

would make sense, right?

No I agree. sounds like he didn't know if it was an offensive coaches decision or what.

I wasnt impressed with either QB today. Mason cant make throws, and Ramsey didnt have any touch. Can we combine the two?

We did, unfortunately he plays for the Chiefs now.

Murray didnt have great arm strength, he just knew how to anticipate the cuts by his receivers, and could manipulate the coverage, something Mason cant do.
Look at the play in the first quarter that was almost a pick by Vandy. It was a semi short out route. The receiver made a good break. The ball should have been on him right when he turned, especially since Mason has no arm strength, but Mason hesitated, and allowed the cornerback to gain ground on the throw.
The same thing could have happened in the 2nd quarter(?). We had a 3rd and 18 or so, and the receiver ran a intermediate out route for about 15 yards, on the sideline. If Mason would have hit him when he came out of his break, he could have turned up field and fought for the first down, but once again, Mason hesitated, and with the lack or arm strength, the corner was easily able to close the ground, and tackle our receiver as soon as he caught the ball.
Its little things, but stuff like that can determine the outcome of a close ball game.

It's a good thing we didn't keep Nick Marshall around. Who needs that dude...

If we win, I hope we do it the Georgia way.
Convicts, thugs, and the rest of the riff raff need not apply.
