It took a moment before Yates realized there was a man clinging to the hood of the speeding vehicle.

The story gets stranger. San Francisco police say Mounsombath was trying to flee a parking ticket when she sped at an officer and hit a motorcyclist while Mounsombath claims she bolted because she believed the man was posing as a parking attendant to solicit sexual favors

From reading the article, it sounds like the lady has some case for her actions. What kind of normal meter maid jumps on your car hood? She gave him several chances to jump off.
Maybe charge her with felony assault and fire his arse. What he did was a major liability.

Maybe not even charged at all, as one witness substantiates her claims of his sexual advances. She could have a case of claiming she thought he was some perv playing dress up in an attempt to accost her.

Getting a beej in exchange for ripping up a ticket is probably the only perk of that awful job. I can't be mad at him for trying.
