It makes it harder to breathe, in a basic sense. It's for people who are recovering from injury who might not be running/working/cutting/whatever full speed, to still get their system back up to speed. Malcolm has been running with one on for a little while.

I finally just decided to watch it, I knew what was coming. They talk backs against the wall, redemption, comebacks as I knew it'd be...
When I think of embers, I think of what coulda been, a fire that has burned out...ashes...
I'm a Dawg win, lose or draw but I've seen it over & over... too many seasons gone up in "Embers"...

The opening comments by Richt are good, but the rest of it is just Clemson highlights.

For some reason having a professionally done hype video telling the "yeah we lost but we just have to get better" message...not even a week after the game....just seems weird.

I feel like with every video they make the actual footage is cool and it has the potential to be awesome. But the words they say, the people they have speak, and the music they choose just suck.
