Was Penn doing the OM-Alabama game in 2012 when the ref shuffled forward a whole yard to place the ball and signaled a first down without even a measurement? I'm pretty sure a bag of money fell out of his pocket as well.

There should be a rule against hiring a ref with the word wager in his name.

That was funny. Not sure what his actual intentions were but it looked like he was squaring up to deliever a solid blow, which he did. A better tackler in his 60's than Jake Holland.
