(CNN) -- The top court in Arkansas has ordered the immediate dismissal of a judge who leaked confidential details about an adoption involving Oscar-winning actress Charlize Theron, according to court documents.
Faulkner County Circuit Judge Michael Maggio admitted posting details from Theron's closed-record adoption of a child in 2012 on "tigerdroppings.com," a Louisiana State University fan site, using the online name "geauxjudge," according to documents that a judicial commission submitted to the state Supreme Court.
Maggio commented in January 2012 that a friend of his handled a single-parent adoption case involving Theron, and that she came to court wearing a "long brown wig, oversized clothes" so as not to be recognized, the commission's report says. He wrote online that he "offered to be the baby daddy," documents said.
Theron is one of Hollywood's top actors with roles in movies ranging from "Monster" and "Mighty Joe Young" to "North Country" and "Snow White and the Huntsman." Efforts to reach Theron's representatives were not successful Friday night

Yeah, he is. I'm afraid Kentucky and most of the South have lots of judges like him, though. Dumbasses seem to gravitate to the courts.

South African who has been in lots of commercially successful films but not sure her actual acting ability is top notch. Sorta like Tom Hanks, a popular actor, but not a great actor. probably liked Cider House Rules best but much of that was michael Caine and Delroy Lindo.

Stacked, popular does not always mean good and good does not always mean popular. McDonalds makes a crappy hamburger but it sure is popular. Some dive may make a great burger but most folks will never try it.

The adoption shite was just what got him caught. The real rub was him bragging about having his mind made up before hearing arguments or evidence, playing favorites with handing out rulings, doing favors for lawyers and such... Basically everything you hope a fricking JUDGE is too honest and impartial to do, he bragged about on the OT.
