Now if we can figure out how to get the rest of Little Rock on board, mew may have more in state products.

Yes. Central Ark. should be pumping out 3 to 6 D-1 players each year minimum.

There's so much more to high school football than when I was playing 15 years ago. We just kind of showed up and played. Worked out a little, but just normal circuits in the weight room with some bleacher running and a sled in the sand.

I guess you didn't have to do much when there were barely any formations and maybe 15 plays to memorize? And this was at Fayetteville.

about time NLR and LR needs to produce as well. What the Coach at NLR has done is awesome.

LR may never recover from the years of John Walker milking the deseg lawsuits for all the money he could get.

ETA: Don't believe that there are no athletes in LR. The problem is getting them in the program and on the field.

This. I'd rather have elite in-state athletes preparing themselves at somewhere like NLR than elsewhere.

The players are coming to them, not the other way around. I used to teach there, the transfers in were the ones reaching out to NLR, not the other way around.

When you're the only program in the metro that keeps sending people to college, you get more transfers in.
