Good information & discussion. Much more relevant & applicable than the 95% daily flame fest that takes place on there. At least this thread has actual substance & research.....

Yeah, we don't say African-American in the real world.....that's a tv term. My friends & family who are black would laugh & probably be slightly offended if you ever referred to them as African Americans. No one actually uses that.
