Seriously - two down 5 techniques and a rushing LB up the middle (with gaps two yards wide between them) and the entire back 8 playing at least 7 yards off the LOS.

I used scream about this last year in my recaps. The bad thing about it was, it happened all damn season. Got a little better at the end.

That's basically the defense Ash came out with in the first quarter of the aubarn game when Mason was getting 15-20 yards a carry until he was stopped by the end zone, until he adjusted later in the game.

I remember Ash using only 3 down linemen against South Carolina multiple times on 4th and 1. Everyone at my house was screaming at the tv.
