Please, please build a new Spec Towns Facility on S. Milledge & use the Towns space for a IPF. Keep it simple for the bread winner, don't make them bus to S. Milledge to practice in the rain...

But but but they would only use it 5 or 6 times a year, what a waste of money

For once in his life, Carvell actually made a good point in his article this AM. Obviously it'd come in handy for rainy days but it would also allow UGA to do what bama does and let guys practice out of the heat on the Thursday and Fridays before games to keep them fresh for game time. It would also keep them out of sub 50 degree temps during the Winter and early Spring.

YES. I'm not very satisfied with the prospective location...From a recruiting stand point, it would look so much better near all of the football facilities rather than a 10 minute drive away to the middle of nowhere...

I am however ecstatic that this is FINALLY happening

I agree the location sucks if it's not by the football field it seems dumb to bus to practice but baby steps people baby steps.

We used to bus to the stadium all the time for practices and scrimmages. It's no different. You just start group meetings 10 mins earlier. Honestly not a big deal.

Also, we used to take a different route to the stadium every time.....they also take 1 of many routes on Gameday too, even the players and coaches don't know the route
