I used to play Hold Em tournaments at the Beaux in Biloxi two / three times a year. I would keep a sinus infection year round, from three weekends a year.

It's no different in Vegas either. You have to military style crawl around the 2' mark to get below the "fog" in just about every casino.

And you can't eat food in any either, it's like getting a pinch of ash flavor with every bite. Luckily there's some decent non-smoking restaurants on the strip.
