Alabama head coach Nick Saban has suspended junior RB Kenyan Drake indefinitely.
Saban made a point to note that Drake has not been kicked off the team, and the running back and JUCO DL transfer Jarran Reed will return "when they prove themselves." Drake is a member of a loaded backfield that includes Derrick Henry and TJ Yeldon.

Just because he's suspended doesn't mean he's gone for the year. I bet he'll be back before the season begins.

Alabama would curb stomp WVU with 10 players if those were the circumstances. The luxury of having a stable of RBs

Very good RB but can't stay out of Trouble.
I'm guessing he turns pro after this year. Think he will do very well in NFL.

He "tried" to cross a crime scene tape to get to his car after a cop told not to....... Got arrested and back in doghouse.

What does a suspension entail during the summer? Is that like probation and symbolic or is he shunned from the team and athletic department until the suspension is lifted?

Kenyan needs to mature, follow teams rules like going to freaking class and study hall, change his attitude and do his job. It's nothing serious with him, he has just got some growing up to do.
