OT - Rotten wood replacement

Anybody have a go to company for exterior wood replacement? I have a few spots around doors and on the chimney that need replacing and painting.

I'm glad your dad was home. Mine was career Navy, plus I have better things to do with my time and I'd rather pay someone else to do it

Your best bet is probably a handy-man in your area. For large jobs obviously you can find any number of contractors. For small jobs like that, you just need someone with a good reputation for quality work who does odd jobs. Ask around in your neighborhood.

Call a remediation company (i.e. handles insurance claims) and ask them for a referral.
They can get you one of their subs that they want to get more business.
