Notre Dame comes immediately to mind
Miami and FSU were like that for a while... are they still universally hated? Or not so much?

I dont really sense the Duke hate much, especially from bama fans because of Wallace Wade's connection.

notre dame and usc, maybe, ohio state now that meyer is there. but notre dame and usc have been pretty universally hated forever.
