0-8 last year. But I think Bert gets a pass because he inherited a mess. But will he win one this year or go 0fer again?

Their SEC schedule:
Auburn
A&M
Bama
UGA
MSU
LSU
Ole Miss
Mizzou

Tough slate. Do you see an SEC win for Arky this seaon?

I can see them perhaps giving A&M a good game. They play LSU tough. But I am not sure they win either of those games.

Maybe A&M? I don't see them winning Auburn or any of their home games

So A&M, Missouri, or MSU are the possibilities but it'll be tough

Auburn should beat them easily. MSU will depend on Dak IMO

It's what you do with the mess. Malzahn had a dumpsterfire when he came on-board as well and it turned out pretty damn good for him.

I think they win 2 - A&M (neutral site) and maybe Mizzou.

Very true. But AU had talent and I would assume a lot of them were already familiar with Malzhan's offense.

I don't see why anyone would pick us to lose to Lsu. They barely beat us last year, we get them in Fayetteville after a bye week, they lost everything on offense and they play Bama the week before.

Yeah but just look at what SEC coaches said about us before last year

"They are going to be terrible. What they are doing now, it’s the product of bad recruiting. They have a long ways to go. That’s nothing against the new coaching staff. But they are going to be terrible in Year 1. I think they’ll struggle up front, they’ll struggle in the secondary, the linebackers should be average. It’s going to take them three years to get a good foundation. It’s a product of bad recruiting – which is typical of Bobby Petrino. It’s the same thing that happened at Louisville that got Steve Kragthorpe fired. Petrino didn’t leave him any players. It’s the same thing at Arkansas. They have no players on defense…I think the young running back, Jonathan Williams, is going to be good for them.”

Last season wasn't exactly a surprise. Though im not sure anyone expected us to go 0-8

If you do win that game, the next is primed for a let down game. OM will be on a bye that week.

Very true on Marshall. Guy got loads better as the season went on.

Arky always seems to play LSU tough and it's a home game for Arky. Could be interesting.

They have a tough schedule, I honestly don't see a win in there.
