Which player has the best career? Will they all play a lot as freshmen?

Leonard Fournette- LSU
Racean Thomas- Auburn
Sony Michel- UGA
Jalen Hurd- UT

I know Fournette and Hurd are bigger backs, while Michel and Thomas are a little smaller.

I know a lot about Hurd, but not much about the others.

Not including Nick Chubb in that group is a mistake

Racean Thomas likely won't be the feature running back until 2016, since he will be buried on the depth chart this year and sharing carries with Jovon Robinson in 2015.

That's OK, though. Bama didn't want him anyway, right.

Not yet, but he will. McBride will be the only person in the class not to.

I didn't list him, because they have him listed as athlete. Feel free to include anyone I left out. Just trying to get some insight on the new faces we'll be seeing for the next few years

How could we not want a guy we signed? Are you talking about Thomas?

I do not know enough about Racean Thomas... haven't seen film or anything.

LF will obviously put up some gaudy numbers right out of the gate.

Both UGA RBs are elite, but likely will not get a chance to prove it until next year. UGA is absolutely loaded at RB.

Hurd will not be the primary back, but he will see the field a lot. Very fast to be so big, and he has the hands of a WR. I think he will make an impact game 1.

Bo looks like one of the best Athletes in the class. Will not see the field for a little while though. Bama is so deep at RB.

I have no clue who has the best career. Just hope they all hold up well enough.

It was a joke. Although I have heard some Bama fans say they didn't.

"In my 23 years, he's unquestionably the best I've seen at running back," said Mitch Small, the marketing director for the Louisiana High School Athletic Association. "I've seen Kevin Faulk, Cecil Collins, Warrick Dunn, Travis Minor, who people forget was the national high school player of the year.......

"He's head and shoulders above those guys."

Also intrigued was Peterson, the NFL's reigning Most Valuable Player. Upon hearing about the Louisiana kid who was being favorably compared to him, Peterson sat down recently at the Vikings' training facility to watch YouTube videos of Fournette. The first word out of the Minnesota Vikings' All-Pro running back's mouth: "Wow."

One major college coach who has recruited the New Orleans area for decades insisted Fournette is talented enough to play for the Saints right now. In fact, he said Fournette was better than any back on the Saints' roster, which incudes Heisman Trophy winner Mark Ingram."

"He's the kind of back you only see every 15-20 years. 6'2, 225, and runs like a deer. He will run over a MLB or cut it outside and outrun a corner. What truly separates him from other elite backs is his vision. He sees things before they happen and reacts. He has all the tools that can't be coached and understands how to be a leader. He will win a lot of games for LSU and whichever team drafts him in 3 years."
