I can't think of one kid whom our fan-base collectively "hated."

in the 90's Lester Earl lied to the NCAA about receiving money from former LSU assistant coach, and now HC Jonny Jones. The NCAA sat him down and said that if he told them "anything" he could transfer to Kansas and be immediately eligible to play. The NCAA was out to get Dale Brown for his comments and complete dislike of the NCAA and it's "Gestapo" like policies and enforcers. To Lester "Anything" meant "LIE." He's since admitted to fabricating the whole thing. The NCAA has been silent on the whole issue. LSU was dealt severe sanctions that crippled the basketball program for years. Ftr it was/still is the longest NCAA investigation ever. Lasted well over a decade and a half before the NCAA finally had anything. 1980-1998
