So I finally ended my relationship..

I had movers move my stuff out..

My ex wanted to know where my stuff was going and stated; "It's the law that she knows where my stuff is going.." LOL! She insisted on the movers to tell her.
She even texted my previous ex for my new address.

I feel like im going to have a stalker..

What should I do..What would you do in this situation

SHADY LANDLORD UPDATE
So me and my girl broke up and split May 1st, that was my last time going to the place we shared and leased together. So, rent didnt get paid promptly as I moved back into my other place 60+ miles away.

Background... My ex had already been living there for 3 years and wanted me on the lease to share the place and responsibilities so we signed a new lease in March at the residence. The whole time I was there when we argued, she always stated, "GET OUT OF MY HOUSE!" or something along the lines that the place was hers and I was basically just sleeping there and paying bills. She threatened to have me removed, By any means necessary...

The landlord and my ex girl had a 3 year friendship. The landlord is a single mother with kids and not to fond of men as she is raising her kids on her own after he left her.

So anyway after we argued on May 1st and split she then filed false police reports on me saying she was afraid of me. Reports were deemed not credible by the local PD. So she then started talking to the landlord to say, rent wasnt paid. So the landlord, after the 6th day the rent was unpaid filed for eviction for the both of us. I offered to pay the past due rent for the month of May, she refused it, from me. Then come to find out she accepted it behind close doors from my ex. I also recovered the house phone with voicemails stating their plan.. Is there any legal ramifications I can take to the courts to sue the landlord for my moving costs and possibly discrimination.

Thanks

she went thru my phone and got her number.

even said at one time she put a tracking device in my phone.

she went thru my phones wifi access point list as well trying to piece together my whereabouts. while she sat at home playing on the internet.

she was controlling/jealous/insecure...

didnt trust me while i was at work.. again, she didnt work. had me calling her every hour from my desk phone to calm her nerves

At least she doesn't have a car to follow you around.

Proud of you for getting away from this sick person. You've actually helped her by showing her dysfunction up.

What would I do? I'd make it clear to her that there would be consequences if she interferes in my life in any way after the move. Help her understand what "It's over" means.

Here's the kicker.. She does now. I gave her my other car to use but she had a "friend" who came down from South Carolina to cosign on an old Saturn and possibly payed a deposit.. She couldnt even tell me how much her car note was. Wouldnt show me the contract.

I felt she was using me until she got what she wanted.. She wanted me to pay May's rent.. I didnt. I got sick of her games and insecurities.. One day I let her drop me off at work in my car and she went to my previous ex neighborhood and drove by. They recognized my car and notified me that they saw someone else driving it.

You probably are. That's some crazy shite.

ETA - after reading your other posts, yeah, you're fricked. Be prepared to have a terrible time with the ladies for the next few months.

The hell is wrong with all you OT ballers getting with crazies and acting like you didn't know what you were getting into in the first place?
