Its been almost 3 years now since SEC coaching ICON Houston Nutt has coached a football game. Im curious if he is done for good. I mean he's not overly old at 56. I think he has a few good years left. What do you ranters think?

Houston did what Stans did for one SEC school for two.

Possibly.

He has lowered his standard for what he is qualified to coach from only the SEC to trying to get the UCONN, USF, and UAB job recently, obviously he was passed over.

Practically his entire staff is coaching at the FCS level at a school in Illinois.

Not in the big leagues, his reputation is shot. Now I still think he could coach a much lower tier school or a community college.

Danny Nutt tried to get the Arkansas Tech job, he politiced hard but didn't even get an interview as Tech has a decent history at the DII level.

He is now with Markeson, Dameron, etc at the FCS school DGB transferred too, so the people heppin is still strong.

I wouldn't wish that on anyone, except the prick Ole Miss posters who gave us hell while he was trashing their program.

Any AD that hires that clown better go ahead and update his resume.

I listen to alot of XM College Sports and when Hootie is on there I have to change the channel. I just can't take anything he says seriously.

Why? He is an American success story showing that you do not have to be held back by an IQ of less than a 100 to be able to make millions in 'Merica.
