quote:

"I don't give a shite if two guys, two gals, guy-gal, whatever it is, I believe that any human being in America, or any human being in the goddamn world, that wants to be married, and if it's same-sex, more power to 'em."

"What also chaps my arse, some of these churches, have the high horse that they get on and say 'we as a church do not believe in that.' Which one of these motherfrickers talked to God, and God said that same-sex marriage was a no-can-do?"

"OK, so two cats can't get married if they want to get married, but then a guy can go murder 14 people, molest five kids, then go to fricking prison, and accept God and He's going to let him into heaven? After the fact that he did all that shite? See that's all horseshite to me, that don't jive with me."

If you go against Stone Cold, may God have mercy on your soul.

What I most appropriate Is the subtly and nuance of his view.

Nuance don't mean shite when your arse is getting stunned.

This is surprising because he has always had very strong religious undertones

He could make hundreds of millions of dollars if he started his own church.

Hearing Stone Cold make that point is hilarious. That voice and that persona generally are making a very different point.

It's awesome.

I know this is meant for laughter, and I had a good little chuckle myself, the last two parts about the guy that goes to prison and the gays doesn't really make any sense.

The guy that has been to prison, in his story, is meant to have turned his life around and repented. The homosexuals getting married are living in their sin, not repenting from it.

I'm not really in a place in my life to speak about any kind of faith, but I was just pointing out the fallacies in his theoretical statements.

According to Jesus and Paul, only if they have repented of it and attempted to turn from it.

That's the part most christians leave out.

Weird to think that Stone Cold is less ignorant than most of the south.

I see, thanks.

When I was little, I used to pray and ask forgiveness like 15 times a day because I was afraid that I may accidentally get killed with some unforgiven sins on my books.
