Was in Haley with a professor when the police came in tellingus to evacuate.

Has there ever been a time that someone has bombed a place and given authorities a heads up on it? Seriously, has a clear threat ever been followed through with?
Maybe the DC snipers? Didn't they send stuff into the news saying they would attack again?
I just feel like any time someone threatens something, nothing ever happens. Seems like it would be smarter not to say anything

You pretty much have to take these things seriously because you simply don't know..
What would happen if someone received the threat, ignored it because the last one wasn't true, and quadrant 3 of Haley Center is then blown to pieces and 300+ people die?

I think the VT shooter called in multiple threats a few days before. I might be mistaken though.

I just looked it up. There were anonymous bomb threats called in to 3 different buildings, and a written bomb threat that was similar to the ones called in left in the shooter's dorm room.
