If you want to look at what happens to good coaches.... they take other better jobs not work at their water park. 
I still believe Rick Ray is gonna do good things here but as a fan base if we keep kicking his shite in and not supporting, we will end up looking like Tennessee.

I'm a Rick Ray fan, but I don't see Rick Ray making a run to the Sweet Sixteen and having other equal or greater jobs becoming readily available.

We have a pretty legit shot at an NIT or low seed NCAA tournament next season. Anything else is a disappointment.

I like Ricky Ray as well, but unless we get some talent and some depth then he's not gonna make it too much longer.

I agree, but you said we may end up like Tennessee which I took to mean that Ray will leave us for another job and leave us hanging. Martin wouldn't have had the opportunity to take the Cal job without his Sweet 16 run IMO.

We are about to sign our 13th(and final) scholarship player. A chance we could sign 2 more if Davis leaves as rumored. We'll have 6 or 7 newcomers next year. Possibly as many as 8 counting Staley. We should be at least 2-deep everywhere on the floor for a change.

If our schedule is watered down like last year we could win 18-20 games but no way possible we could wind up on the bubble. See Georgia, Arkansas, LSU and Ole Miss this season.
However I'll be happy with the NIT
