That's a tough one, although both are stupid I'm saying Aldon Smith. Dgb always had someone else else with him to i guess take the fall or responsibility.

Lol Aldon Smith and it isn't close. DGB has not been convicted of anything worth a jail sentence.

Aldon has not been convicted of anything either. And to be fair, DGB's accuser can still press charges on assault, trespassing, and attempted burglary.

At least he has never hit a female (yet) like DGB is accused of doing and to my knowledge has not publicly denied allegations of doing so.
