Have you guys heard any rumors about game time ? I'm hoping to make it, I work w a couple Georgia guys and they're trying to get me a ticket w them..

Some guy yesterday said some Clemson guy thinks it's a nooner. Many other people think it's 430

I haven't seen or heard a thing, but I have to imagine it'd be at night. Two teams in a cool matchup that will both be in the top 15..no way that's at noon. The 03 game was at noon, however that was on ABC. Being in Athens that won't be possible, and CBS won't be televising yet due to tennis still going on.
I would think no earlier than 4 if forced to guess right now.

Yea I can read, I'm down w the smack talk lol...I would think night too, but they may move it up depending what other games there are..both of us are perceived to be taking a step back this year but I think we will both find our way in the top 10 this year. You guys have Gurley and your defense will be better, and our defense should be great this year really for the first time in a long time. I guess we'll see..

If this game is at noon I start burning things. Fortunately I think WG is right and we are in store for a night game.
Our home schedule this year is one of the better ones we've had in recent years: Clemson, Tennessee, Vandy revenge game, Auburn, Tech slaughtering.
Last year had two big ones at home but nothing else.

What hurts us is that there are a few other big time opening games. WVU/bama and LSU/Wisconsin are that day, as are a few big non-SEC games like FSU/Ok St. I wouldn't be surprised to see an "early" SEC game, a 7:45 ESPN, and a night ESPN2 for those 3 SEC games.

I'm planning on a night game. I've had a hotel room on the books for a few months now and have a good number of friends that are clemson grads doing the same. We need the proper time to really tailgate. And the cover of night to keep us from dying

Yea I see what you mean...I personally think of all those games ours is the best...bama may get the nod cause they're bama, or FSU cause they're the champs, but I think our game will def be legit and close again. Those other games may end up blowouts..

Maybe fox will pick up that game like the Bama Mich game and LSU Oregon in the past 2 years

That was deal between Jerry World and Fox for that kickoff game...0% of them picking up UGA/CU

so am I...Fox does not have a deal with Atl Sports Council and Chick Filet like they do at Jerry World.
Now the maybe they could pick up the Wisc/LSU thing...I dunno but this LSU guys says ABC or ESPN for that one
