What SEC team has a chance at "pulling an Auburn" this upcoming season?

In other words, who are we overlooking this offseason that has a chance at making some real noise next year?
I don't necessarily mean a NC appearance run, but maybe 10-11 wins.
Can Tenner get 10 wins? aTm?
eta fwiw I'm picking UF. I think we see much better play out of Driskel and UF makes a run through the east.

Pulling an Auburn. Wouldn't that have to be Arkansas?

Ole Miss is the logical answer here.
Most experienced QB in the SEC, return 20 starters off of an eight-win team, and has a deeeeeeep DL.

Trying not to be a homer, but if Florida can stay healthy and get some good play out of Driskel, I think they've got a shot. The D should be fine, WRs are better as a unit with Joker, and Kelvin Taylor will be a good back.
The schedule is tough with: @ALA, LSU, @TENN, UGA, @FSU, but will be much better than 4-8.

I think OM is a likely candidate. I could see 10 wins on that schedule if they stay healthy.

Brutal stretch right there.

UK in the east
UAF in the west
The only possible choices based on losses this season

Technically, yea I guess.
But you know what I mean.
And I don't think Arkansas has the personnel to pull an Auburn.

UF is another likely candidate. Certainly one of those schools that never stays down long.

Florida is probably the most likely of teams to have a chance at it. We will have a great defense like always. If Roper is as a good as I hope, our offensive production could increase significantly as it fits our personnel a lot better. Just so much room for improvement when you are ranked in the 100s three straight years in offensive production.

I added UF to the OP after looking at the candidates schedules.
OM with a close second.

Also, is LSU being overlooked?

The team with 180k laying around.

Agree about UF. Until driskel got hurt and the offense fell apart, UF was pretty good and the defense will give UF a chance with just some halfway decent offensive production.
UF, Ole Miss, and UT will all be significantly better IMO. All have the talent and enough returning to be dangerous.
MSU will be a LOT better, but still not enough overall talent to beat the upper tier teams.
AtM will not have any dropoff IMO. No JFF but the D will be significantly more experienced and better.
LSU and Bama take a step back.
UGA is good again without all the injuries and a better D.
AU is better as well.
Overall, strongest SEC since 2010 IMO.

No. People would be crazy to even think that LSU can be overlooked.
