I have no clue how coaching contracts are normally structured. How does this compare to other BB coaches?

Puts him near the top 20 I think.

Making less than Grant

I bet the years was a big selling point to him. A lot of schools probably weren't willing to give him that much leeway because of his past.

Talk about a selling job. That's less than 400k a year. Sure doesn't match the amount of b__l s__t we're having to listen to. Bless their hearts!
