Yea I am sure the fact that BR is the capital of Louisiana had nothing to do with that.

Not sure how the 2nd largest city in Louisiana qualifies as a college town.
Oxford, Starkville, Fayetteville, College Station, Gainesville, etc are college towns.
Dallas, Austin, New York City, Houston, Nashville, Lexington, Columbia, Baton Rouge have other things going on and happen to have a college/university located there.
