UF has definitely been more successful, but their facilities and fan base are VERY underwhelming.

TN has the best basketball facilities in the league, but an overwhelming amount of in state competition
Arkansas could easily be two, but they've been one of the worst teams in the league over the past 20 years

Lol. Who does? The grizzlies? FedEx Forum does not belong to the Tigers. And there are high schools with nicer practice facilities.
UK will take number 1 when they renovate. Right now they play in a dump with some nice history

Florida has never been a basketball school.
Donovan has made Florida what it is today, without Donovan, I don't think Florida will stay good for very long.
