Well they were a 2 seed their last year in the Big 12. The only explanation appears to be they had an inflated record against shite competition
Last year they got lucky to be in the tourney as an 8 seed. Proceeded to embaras the conference
This year they aint sniffing the tourney.
Do they have problems in key management roles? They keep coming up short...

Tied with Arkansas in conference play, I'd say so.
