Rule change passes- he gets what he wants
Rule change is voted down- he goes back to exactly what he's been doing quite sucessfully for years.
Hell, he's probably laughing at all this commotion.....he calls this type stuff "clutter".

Nice spin on Saban getting utterly crushed and embarrassed.

Saban can handle the HUNH now, but what he fears is seeing it more than a couple times a year. It can be schemed, but takes some extra work, requires smarter players to be able to quickly prepare each week. i think Bama is in good shape because a grinding offense is the best defense against HUNH.

Sounds a lot like what he did to your team last time he played them.

You have a point, though IMO, the more he and his team see it, the better and more adjusted they'll get with it. If you'll remember back a couple of years ago when Alabama played Georgia Southern who ran the triple option, they scored 21 points on Alabama, well more than anyone else that year because Alabama hadn't seen that offense before and had no experience with it. My guess is that with superior coaching and talent, anybody over time will more than hold their own against any offensive alignment.

Yeah I bet he is laughing his arse off
Saban looks foolish in this situation, especially for a man that has accomplished all he has.

He really has a name for all this stuff...he calls it clutter.
