Georgia wins the National Championship in 2014.
Impossible Germany? Unlikely Japan....
At what point do you wake up into a moment of clarity and realize that the only thing holding you back from your dreams is your own preconception of what is real, what is possible?
Your weakest positions are still stronger than most everyone else. Your strongest positions are just a hair above the competition. It's a rough neighborhood.
The team needs to get together, close their eyes, and affirm their commitment to winning it all. It needs to be affirmed daily. Daily affirmations.
Destroy all roadblocks and stop signs in your head that prevent you from reaching your goal.
You are better than your competition. You will beat them.
If you can't put it together, you have yourself to blame.
I believe in you.

If you mean football I lol. We still have Richt and he will find a way to frick us out of winning the big game.
Hell we have a better chance of magically getting on a hot streak, winning our conference tournament, then March Madness for a surprise men's basketball title than we do winning it all in football.

maybe there's some hope that Richt will be bound and gagged and locked in a closet and somebody with some clock management sense takes over..

I'd be with you if I thought our Secondary will be championship level but honestly I just don't see it. I see our competition getting stud DB's and Safeties but we just don't seem to be getting them. I was hopeful about JHC but it looks like he's not going to pan out. Hopefully who we have can be coached up during the off-season. Our Secondary under Grantham last season was among the worse I have seen at UGA.

Funny you say that.... I just finished a record called "The Other Side of Midnight" and listened to the master for the first time last night. The theme is night life, and being bad. It's pretty solid.

Can't help but wonder why you would have optimism for a traditionally weak basketball program and such pessimism for a traditionally strong football program.

Richt has been here for 13 years and I can recall two instances where he grossly mismanaged the clock. Saban has been at Alabama less than half that time and really messed it up just last season that I know of...and I don't follow them very closely. I'd be willing to bet he has done it as much if not more than Richt has. Perhaps Alabama should gag and lock Saban in a closet?

Malkom Parrish just doesn't cut it, does he?
Look...IMO, our biggest problem in the secondary last season was they simply did not progress. no growth seen. I blame that on the secondary coach, and to a little lesser degree Grantham. Grantham AND the secondary coach are gone, and we have gotten a DC that coaches up the secondary. In addition we should see a little simpler scheme for the secondary. I will go on record as predicting a MUCH improved performance out of the secondary in the coming year.
I'm not quite ready to predict a Natty...but I would not be a bit surprised to see us make the 4 team playoff. At the VERY least we should play for the SEC Championship.

I am usually a realist about my dawgs, but this year I believe we make the 4-team playoff.
