Is it just me or are some of the Grammy performances so far seem to be really demonic?? Looks like there is a lot of evil in the world..

Former Alabama quarterback A.J. McCarron, who is preparing for the NFL Draft, was watching the Grammys on Sunday and felt that the "really demonic" performances showed that "there is a lot of evil in the world."

At the Grammys, Katy Perry dressed up as a witch and was "burned at the stake" in her act while gay couples were married to the song "same love." Though it was unclear what performance prompted the tweet, McCarron later re-tweeted a response in which one of his followers wrote, "I know right? I can only imagine what Katy's Preacher Father is thinking."

AJ's tweet was before the same love performance. I remember because I was live tweeting the Grammys.

I also don't think there was anything weird about Katy Perry's performance. There's a ton of supernatural imagery in the Darkhorse lyrics.

I haven't watched the Grammy's in a long time. I have to agree with him. It's the only excuse that explains how so many people can call the crap that is put out, music.

i get where AJ is coming from on some perspective. I feel like I'm in an age where I can't really express if I disagree with something because, it's not just "hey, here's my opinion on a political or social issue." It's instead,"Here's the issue in your face, **** you if you don't like it, you bigoted ***hole. Take it, and like it."

That being said I don't watch award shows for that specific reason. It's become a platform for people that don't really have college educations, or a more diverse life experience than me for the most part telling the world how they should feel.

You can't enjoy the artistry without being subjected to their views.

Ain't that the truth. I specifically, do not listen to some artists, or watch some shows/movies because of actors/actresses now. They have become so outspoken on issues, that I cannot separate a performance and their characters, from the idiot assholes they are in real life, and choose not to have any of my money go towards their livelihood. It sucks too, because some of their older work, I enjoyed.

So you're the only one allowed to have an opinion?

Celebrities in general are so fricked in the head and out of touch with what's actually happening in the world today.
