Where does his reputation for developing/being a QB's coach come from? As far as I can see he has never been a QB's coach and never been the primary QB's coach.
2005 USC: QB Coach- Steve Sarkisian
Kiffin was OC (along with Sarkisian), WR's coach, and Recruiting coordinator.
2006 USC: Same as 05
2007 Raiders: QB Coach- John DeFilippo and OC Greg Knapp.
Kiffin was HC no word on what position group he was often with.
2008 Raiders: QB Coach- Same as 2007 and Kiffin was fired in October.
2009 Tenn.: QB Coach- David Reaves
Kiffin was HC.
2010 USC: QB Coach- Clay Helton
Kiffin was HC.
2011 USC: same as 2010.
2012 USC: Same as 2010.
2013 USC: QB Coach- Clay Helton
Kiffin was fired.

He has made poor choices in the past correct. I mean he must have made an error with Nuss by forcing him out.

I think Alabama is going to be A-OK!

Nuss really was a god awful play caller and I believe that wholeheartedly.

He hasnt developed shite. These gumps have never seen a USC game post Carroll
They are in the coping stage.

I don't see gumps starting threads about how great Kiffin is. There's unlimited threads and posts mostly by University of LSU fans about how bad he is.
We get it. He's a horrible choice. Bama will never win another game. Hope it makes you feel better.

Because being a head coach is the same as being a coordinator. Just ask Gene Chizik if that's true.

Do you expect anyone to understand this during "open season" on everything Alabama?

You left out Crompton who Kiffin worked a miracle on.Also Kiffin did really well with John David Booty and Matt Barkley.

Yeah a lot of us are on the fence in regards to Kiffin. Don't know what will happen, but excited nonetheless.

Incorrect.
If you had read you would have seen Kiffin was not the QB coach of any of those three players.
Crompton's QB Coach was David Reaves.
Booty's QB Coach was Steve Sarkisian.
Barkley's QB Coach was Jeremy Bates in 09. Clay Helton in 10, 11, and 12.

Has a very good track record with QB's. Kiffin does not.

Yeah OCs have no relationship with their QBs and spend no time coaching them up. In some conferences OCs aren't even allowed to know who their QB is before the first week of the season...
