When Will Auburn Get Respect?

Despite our differing fan allegiances and the constant put downs from Alabama fans, I have to say that I am proud of Auburn and respect their program, and for the most part, their fans.
They have handled this reasonably well and should be commended.
I don't always pull for SEC teams in the championship game, but I will be pulling for Auburn tonight. They have earned my respect.

Well, they have earned it.
3 SEC titles in the past 10 years, 1 national title and they are playing for another one tonight. They have had some down years, but they have proven to be able to bounce back and do it with different coaches.
What other program could have had the season that Auburn had in 2004, 2010, and 2013 with THREE different coaches? I get that Cam was bought and paid for (or, at least that is still the conventional wisdom), but still. That is pretty impressive just as a university and fanbase.

I respect Auburn. I don't have pure hatred for other teams like a lot of you on here.

I haven't listened to the radio much today, but of what I did hear FSU is the greatest team to ever grace planet earth and Auburn is small potatoes.

Auburn has been challenged and got better every week. They are well coached and well prepared and their players respond well to adversity. They are not the same team they were early in the season and, with a month to prepare, they will have something for FSU that they are not expecting.
I don't know who will win, but Auburn is going to fight hard.

To be fair, I'm not sure any team thrives on being underrated and disrespected as much as Auburn does. Not just this year, but in general.
